My tried and true favorite spot in Minot. The drinks are creative, fun, tasty, the food is hands down best brekky whether you build your own overnight oats, get a jalapeño cheddar breakfast bagel with fresh eggs and gooey melted cheese, or a chill smoothie. Their creative menu sees a rotation of seasonal flavors and blends complete w/full descriptions of the flavor profile and names. My fave of course is their friendly crew. There is something to be said of a workplace when there isnt employee turnover aside from maybe moving away. The baristas remember you, make you feel valued, seen. super nice humans♡ They have great recommendations.

This place is absolutely stellar in service food and atmosphere! I’ve came in twice, each time getting the avocado toast with bacon and sriracha and honey. They’ve made sure to load it up each time, the service is also spectacular. I’ve been greeted with a smile and when I made a joke they were quick to make one back! You can tell they all genuinely enjoy their jobs and new faces/regulars. It’s a breath of fresh air. To top it off the environment is refreshing, there’s plants everywhere and it’s a perfect place to study/read!

Coffee was so good I considered moving to Minot!
Minot is a fuel stop for the Empire Builder, so I looked at local restaurants I could get a good iced coffee and breakfast from before heading off. With Room drew me in with their delicious iced coffees (and insane caffeine content, something I needed for a long haul trip). I added a bagel, placed my order, and waited.
What arrived was well packaged and looked just as good as advertised. I fear I am a bagel snob coming from the East Coast and this bagel about blew my socks off. It was the Turkey Bacon Avocado on an Everything (All Avocado). The bagel was soft, warm, and melted in my mouth. The bacon was thick and perfect. I haven't had a bagel that good in years!
And the coffee? So good, I'm considering how I can move to Minot!

The only real coffee in Minot. If you're just going for speedy caffeine, they've got you. If you want comfort snacks and sandwiches, they've got you. But the reason I rate With Room 5 stars and keep coming back is how friendly everyone is here. My only criticism is the hours – and only because I wish I could visit more often for longer!

I came into with room to do a doordash I haven't been in there yet and I asked the guy I say I have a door dash he proceeds to tell me yeah and six other people do too I'm sorry I didn't know that what to do I shouldn't be treated like that I'm in the place of the customer coming in to get their order say my name was Valerie Valerie walked into the store Valerie orders or coffee and goes are you going to treat Valerie that way I'm also helping right now with door dash bringing in money somebody orders it and I deliver it for you so this should not be a reason I get treated differently because I'm a doordasher I get treated with respect just like everybody else does and if you can't continue to be nice to doordashers I will post on there that this business needs to be taking off so please please be nice to doordashers
