“Just had Monty's BBQ with my wife and it seriously hit the spot. We tried the brisket, burnt pork ends, pulled pork, and spicy sausage. Every bite was solid but those burnt pork ends were next level. Smoky, sweet, and melt in your mouth soft. I’m honestly mad I didn’t order 2 pounds of them. For sides I had the potato salad, pinto beans, and mac and cheese. All were on point and balanced the meat perfectly. If you're into legit BBQ, Monty's is worth the trip.”

“Sort of in the middle of nowhere, this hotel offers great value if traveling thru Minot. There is a decent diner (Krolls) around the corner and it is sort of walkable, but awkward. The hotel itself is fine. Check in a bit clueless and a long drawn out process, but the rooms are extremely well equipped and yo could easily stay there a week if you wanted to. There seems to be no food options, but there is a bar. Breakfast is basic-non existent.”
