Staff was just standing around the back goofing off with each other. There were also NO GLOVES being worn by anyone!!! And just for the cherry on top, one of the staff members spilt the fries I had ordered on the counter and, bare handed, scooped them up and placed them back in my bag. Absolutely not. Unsanitary and gross.

Why have a drive thru when you can put a ladder in the way instead?? So to see literally 10 minutes ago when I drove by it was “open” and now with my kid in the car, I was hoping to go through the SUPER CONVENIENT drive thru window; fast food has evolved towards such great comforts that really would help your business. I’ll go home instead because your ladder has this weird effect on me that I don’t want to waste my money anymore.

Tried to treat my dad to a DQ for Father’s Day. Have Very Poor customer service from the owner herself. She never turned the blizzard upside down and when asked if I get a free one just like her menu sign says, she told me they don’t do that or participate in that.. I also got the wrong blizzard and when I called about it, she argued with me and told me that is what I ordered. After I told her how disappointed I was in the service, she did tell me to drive back and she would remake it.

They dont give you near the amount of food that any other dairy queen gives you, same amount of money for half of the food,

Counter attendies could be a litttle more proactive towards the customer getting there food even when theres a card reader issue .

a lil bit away from the highway but has a good sit out. Banana split never disappoints other the crowd favorite blizzards. burgers are just ok fries and curds tasted better

The good was great...nice and hot...3 meals in perhaps 20 minutes...A nice smiling face to take our order...and here is the amazing part..I forgot my wallet type purse in the booth and didn't realize it until about 30 miles down the road heading home so made a quick phone call and it has been turned in and the manager had offered to mail it to me as we were headed almost to the Canadian border....did have a friend pick it up that was coming from Fargo so no mailing needed....so food was great...ice cream amazing and a big thanks to all the honest helpful people at the DQ in Valley City ND...
