The last two nights I’ve been there. I understand that they are short staffed but they are not doing anything. I ordered a hot fudge sundae, a kids crunch cone and a mini snickers blizzard. The cone was barley filled and I didn’t get hot fudge I got cold fudge. Only young teens working today it appeared— took forever to get noticed, standing there to get my order taken, walked past me at least five times by four different staff. Requested it all to go, asked for a drink carrier to get told “NO!” And have her walk away. I was a bit shocked— If you don’t have them, that’s fine, I’ll juggle my five ice cream items and food bag— but that’s not the way to handle the situation.
