“Stopped by around 4pm after having some beers at Brockopp Brewing.They had just opened so the place was empty. Everything was clean and tidy. The bartend was friendly and attentive.(we forgot to get her name ?). We ordered the OMG as an appetizer.It is a combo of the Super FriesFries loaded with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, bacon bits, tomatoes, onions, black olives, sour cream and ranch & the Loaded TotsTots loaded with mac and cheese, nacho-cheese, shredded cheese, bacon, tomatoes and onions. HUGE PORTION and very tasty. My wife had the chicken strips with onion rings. Huge strips and very crunchy onion rings. The garlic sauce she had was very powerful with a hint of sweet.I had the German Ruben burger. (Locally sourced burger & steak). The sweet potato fries were good. The burgers didn’t appear to be hand formed. Very dense and uniform in shape. I prefer my burgers cooked medium(that’s what I asked for) but this was no where close to medium. Patty itself was very dry and not much flavor.The corned beef was almost nonexistent and did not provide any additional flavor. The sauerkraut & 1000 island was also on the light side. Daughters Jamaican Burger (not pictured, burger patty with garlic chicken, swiss cheese and BBQ sauce) was smaller then the bun and no flavor profiles. She did say that there was a good portion of chicken on it but no garlic taste.Overall good experience. All the food was hot and came out in a reasonable amount of time.They also had a good variety of tape beers and a full bar.“
“Cozy little bar and grill located in the AmericInn. Decently sized menu for such a small place with some creative entrees. I had the luau burger, which came with Canadian bacon, pineapple, and pepper jack cheese. Very tasty! Our server was polite and helpful.“
“I placed an order through my BK app, then drove to the drive-through speaker. I told them I placed an order through the app, and they asked me what my name was and told me to drive up. I ordered a whopper and medium onion rings, and they had the food ready within 2 minutes. I only had a 2 minute drive home, but when I went to eat it, the whopper was on the cold side. I'm not sure if they could have done anything better on their end, so I still give em 5 stars. Polite, fast, and tasty. Have a great day, and God bless!“
“The good was great...nice and hot...3 meals in perhaps 20 minutes...A nice smiling face to take our order...and here is the amazing part..I forgot my wallet type purse in the booth and didn't realize it until about 30 miles down the road heading home so made a quick phone call and it has been turned in and the manager had offered to mail it to me as we were headed almost to the Canadian border....did have a friend pick it up that was coming from Fargo so no mailing needed....so food was great...ice cream amazing and a big thanks to all the honest helpful people at the DQ in Valley City ND...“
“I am from out of town and asked someone a local what was good to eat in town, which brought me here. I liked the powdered buns they used, and while the beef wasn't quite as good as other fast food (like McD's), the fries were amazing, and imo better than McD's. Good staff, nice laid back atmosphere, was very quiet and clean. Looks rather plain and maybe dingy from the outside, but dont judge a book by its cover, I guess.Kid-friendliness: They have a gaming/arcade area for kids, and it seemed better than what McDonalds has, but I'm no kid“
