Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Definitely not fast food. Food not worth the wait.

I think the food is good. The wait in the drive-through is insane. Even on a slow day. Borderline is not real. Just block off about 30 mins or longer from order to actually getting possession of your food! Other than that, Hardee's is Hardee's.

Ordering at the drive-thru was swift and easy. Employ at the drive-thru window was extremely courteous and polite. It's always refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a kind attitude.

Expensive , but the food was hot and good. The AI controlled menu isn’t great like yea don’t hire someone to do this but be expensive don’t be suprised to drive away for less than $30

The food is higher than it should be, as soon as we walked through the door we got to listen to an employee yell very loudly for another employee to come back. My sandwich was cold, as were my fries. The best part of the meal was my fountain drink.

Don’t even waste your time here. Either go across the street to Subway or find something else. This is my 3 time giving this place a try, and every time it’s the same thing; bad service, cold food and stale bread. Just avoid it…

The staff has no interest in customer service at all. Most of the workers are young and just don't care. Not sure who's running the place now, but it's really gone down hill bad. They close the doors and drive thru way before the schedule time and refuse service to people all the time. Horrible place to go now

The worst I've ever had. It was cold and obviously overcooked. Even the bacon was cold. I took one bite and it was salty. I spit it back in the bag and threw it away. What a waste. The place was empty at 17:30. I doubt this was a one off. Will not be returning.

At this Hardee's when you go to the drive through it sounds like an automated system when you order. If you have any special requests like a sandwich plain or something, go inside or be very specific on what you don't want on it. Overall, all experience was great though.
Asked for fresh extra crispy waffles fries was excited over the wait was thinking it was worth it got a ride old lady to that gave cold curly fries not greasy at all we then expressed our order again we were told that's as hot as they could get ( without lighting the friers on fire)... Literally still waiting on our milkshakes we are here for like seriously 15 to 20 min.. this is insanity
