Waited in line for over 25 mins just for some too ask me too pull for forward and wait another 5 mins, food was cold staff was very in caring. If there is a phone number too higher management it needs too be done ASAP I never leave Trevor’s but this place is not joke the worst please too get fast food from in all of watford

Service was awesome. Can use computer screen inside or go to counter and order. Super clean and really quick. Food was piping hot and 100 correct. Counter help was awesome. Lobby Super clean.

The staff that is working on 9/13/25 at 6:20pm is absolutely unprofessional!!!!! We ordered 2 shakes and waited for over 10 minutes for them. We had to pull forward while everyone else behind us in line were getting their orders. The women were in there literally screaming and jumping up and down and a man grabbed his manhood and everyone started laughing. I will never be back to this establishment again!!!!!

We went through the drive thru. Greeted by the impersonal AI, asked for our method of payment, and received our food. No, pleasantries, no connection, just a number to get processed - in and out in record time. My sandwich - the bun was burnt with a charred flavor, and the fries were cold and not crispy. I guess the lack of taking personal pride and care in their final product and brand is no longer a priority.
Maybe if I had gone into the facility my experience may have been different.

Order a 5 piece chicken strips meal. Got to my hotel and they had given me 3. Ordered honey mustard sauce, they gave me BBQ sauce. No ketchup for fries. AI order taking at drive through. Employees hardly said a word to me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never going back.
