Meg-A-Latte | Coffee House (Watford City Location)

Bismarck- First time ordering today & definitely won’t be the last! Hands down one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had and the skittles redbull drink is phenomenal! I love that you can customize it and get the sugar free.

Grand forks location- First time going to Meg-A-Latte since I was in a rush I used the drive through fast and easy. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and OMG it is so delicious best coffee ever. Definitely recommend trying it out!! Great customer service the girl working the drive through today was super nice.

Ordered 2 coffees, paid, waited 15 mins, asked for a refund, they brought a drink over that wasn't mine, and finally another 5-10 minutes they gave me a refund. Don't waste your time.

Bismarck is so lucky to have this place!! I’ve tried a lot of drinks here but the spiced chai (add vanilla)) and a raspberry lime lotus energy drink (add cream) ARE MY FAVS. I’m hooked. 5 stars.

Such a great and delicious new option for Bismarck coffee lovers! Their food, drinks and service are outstanding!

Place an order in line and expect to wait at least 20 minutes to get your coffee when there is not even a line. Also don’t call ahead because they don’t take orders for pick up over the phone if you’re thinking about wanting to save a little time so you can get coffee and be to work on time !

When I got to the menu board, I was asked if I could wait. Waited 5 minutes before ordering. They were out of avocados for the toast I wanted so I skipped it. Got a zinger. Pulled up to the window after I paid and waited an additional 16 minutes for the drink to be made. My drink had too much syrup in it, so I won’t be finishing it…

Ever since they have expanded to many more places, the quality and service has gone downhill. That should not have taken that long and there were about 7 people standing in the lobby looking super impatient as well.

Consider more staffing and better training!!!

I like this place, but it's not consistent. I order every weekend and it seems every other weekend my drink is amazing, and the next it's tasteless.

Ive been her before to try a smoothie and it was gross and wayyy too sweet I couldn’t finish it but I gave them another chance to try the food and see if maybe it would be good. I was the only person in the drive thru and only ordered a turkey sandwich and it came out to almost $11 for a thin, mostly bread sandwich with 1 slice of turkey. I then sat at the window waiting for 10-15 minutes just for 1 small item. I cannot come back after this, I am extremely disappointed with this place

In my opinion, the best Meg a latte Meg owns.
Sadly when the decision to change the beans from dancing goat to whatever burnt Robusta blend this must be the only thing worth getting is a red-bull. This has NOTHING to do with the gals working there. Most of Watford city team is by far superior at mixing and measurements. If you do want coffee and not want to taste the flavor of these stale over roasted beans… OVER SWEETEN YOUR DRINK. I got a bulletproof because I was craving one. BIG MISTAKE. I know it's these beans. Sad to see a once bright business I had a lot of faith in start lowing their standards for the main product served.

I was the second car in line this morning at 6:39AM...I did not get out of the line until 7:15 AM for a vanilla latte and a blueberry bagel. The bagel was delivered in a timely fashion, but I sat for a very long time waiting for my latte. When I got to my office and was able to take a drink of the latte...it was terrible and tasted burnt. I will not be going back anytime soon :-(

Coffee is inconsistent in flavor. Varies from Coffee flavored Hot Water to really good. Just depends on the day. 09-08-2024 ordered 2 breve’s for the wife and I. Mine was ok, hers tasted like the syrup or the cream was spoiled. 20 bucks down the drain. And that’s not the only time I’ve had to toss them. Never had this issue in any of the Williston locations. It seems like the inmates run the asylum in Watford City. Lack of training, communication, and proper supervision.
