We’ve been eating here for years and years. It’s always been questionable service, but the food is pretty good. Today was the straw with the terrible service. I ordered online at 10:00 am for noon pick up. I showed up at 11:56. They said they just started it. I ordered 2 kids meals. The only option online is juice or a milk. When I got there I asked if we could sub small fountain drinks instead. The first lady said yes. Handed me my cups. My order wasn’t don’t until 12:18. When I went to pick up my food from the front (because God forbid they bring it to the table I was waiting at) the lady asked if I paid for the drinks. I told her we got kids meals and they were included. She told me I couldn’t have my food until I paid for the drinks. So not only was my food very late (people only have so long for a lunch break) but I had to pay extra because some moody chick was on a power trip. I understand it’s hard to find help, but jeez…a little smidgeon of customer service can go a long way. It’s going to be a while before we go back.

The service here was great, it’s friendly attentive and helpful. Really enjoyable atmosphere. I got the Steakhouse Mo! And it is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had.
Kid-friendliness: I feel like I can take my kids here and they will know what they want and eat.
The sandwiches here taste amazing and the worker at the counter was very pleasant. All of the ingredients seem to be high quality. The prices aren't outrageous, about on par with Jersey Mike's. Look forward to visiting this place the next time I'm in Watford City.

Cashier not familiar with menu, waited almost an hour and still no food, demanded our money back. They were not busy at all
Food is awesome but after 6pm it's like the crew is so ready to get off at 8 pm there really no concerned with service for example I got there and I show the young lady taking a order and looking around then right before I was next she said after this order there will be a wait I knew what she meant because this has happened to me twice before she meant it's a wait to take your order and proceeds to start mopping with 2 people in line i think I stay out of spite lol but the food is great and not knocking this place but for everybody getting off the grind just wanting something relatively fast this isn't the place to come between 6pm and 8pm

The sandwiches were prepared quickly and they were delicious. There were various seating options and the music selection was good. The options on the menu are great and super simple, it was also cool to see that they also serve breakfast all day too. Overall a great place for a quick great meal with lots of different options for whenever you are feeling!
