This place is just okay, I visited a few times during my stay in Watford City. Food prices are about 15% higher than expected, but watch out for the beer; $10.50 for a 16oz of some of their brews. I don’t mind paying for good beer and good food but it felt a little steep for what was offered.
Stonehome Brewing Co. isn’t just another place to grab a bite in Watford City—it’s an experience worth slowing down for.
From the moment you walk in, there’s a warmth to the atmosphere that makes you feel welcome, whether you’re here for a quiet meal or a night out with friends. The service is consistently attentive without ever feeling rushed, and the staff truly care about what they serve and how you’re treated.
The food? Exceptional. Every dish is crafted with care—from the crisp, flavorful appetizers to entrées that leave you thinking about your next visit before the table’s even cleared. And the beer selection is second to none. You can taste the pride they take in brewing locally, and it pairs perfectly with the character of the space.
What stands out most, though, is the consistency. Every visit feels like the best one yet—and that’s rare.
If you’re from Watford, this place is a gem. If you’re passing through, don’t make the mistake of missing it.

Was there for mothers day. Food was good to eat. Price was fair to eat there. Had to sit at the bar because there was no where to sit at, so the bartender was a little pushy with what you wanted to drink.
The menu changed since my last visit and not for the better. Stonehome has always been a favorite stop for me in Watford City, unfortunately I will have to remove it from the list. They gutted the menu and the pizza now resembles a Tony’s frozen. Sad
Brunch needs work.
Over easy eggs are NOT supposed to be well done..FYI.
Condiments are lacking.
No sour cream available??
Coffee is good.
No butter with pancakes.
2 adults - $42 + tip
Mediocre ND breakfast fare.
Vaya con Dios! 🤷🏽
Great food, good beers, slow as hell.
I recently visited this establishment and while the ambiance and overall experience were lovely, I was quite disappointed with the bartenders' customer service. They seemed uninterested and inattentive, which really put a damper on an otherwise great night. It's a shame because the rest of the staff and the environment were fantastic and quite lovely people. Hopefully, the bartenders can improve their service in the future.
Very good place highly recommended
Absolutely amazing service and food! Had a party of 30ish people, ordered ahead of time and was extremely impressed with the whole experience! Staff was friendly and organized
Food is decent, but they mess up every single time i have ordered takeout. Forgot my chicken on my past three salads but charged for it, bought a cup of soup and have been given the tiny dippers every time. Need to correct order every time i come in so its down to 3/5 for service. Also they put the croutons in the to go soup so when you pick it up its soggy and has soaked up half your soup. Have asked for croutons on side before and also didnt do that for me. Please check orders before giving them to people, have wasted a lot of money on ruined or missing items

I had to literally put their seafood scampi on my own pan at home because it was undercooked. I know my way around scallops - DO NOT GET THIS. I'm not one to complain, but apparently I am. It's because of how much $ we spent here.. It sucks when you can create the dish better yourself at home.
1) Undercooked seafood. Never good. Scallops were the small, frozen kind. But they didn't even cook them. After recooking the dish, even the shrimp's color looked better. Whiter/brighter. That's how seafood should look. How do I know this? My husband cooks very well. Why go out to eat?
2) "Microgreens" to them: the kitchen staff (standing around chatting, and not helping with the bar or bussing), accidently poured oregano on the dish. They tripped and fell, and all of a sudden you can call this microgreens. Well played. There are zero greens in this dish besides seasoning.
The best insult comes with a compliment. Sauce is good. You will, unfortunately have to recook the "food" that may/may not cause you digestive strife. Have a pan handy!

I've done a fair bit of traveling around this country of ours. And I don't know if I've ever encountered such a place as a Brewery / Bank / Coffee Shop. There were so many food options that I wanted to try, but I settled on the Cowboy Mac. Which was excellent. Got a flight of beers to go with my dinner. They were also excellent. I'd recommend both the Cream Ale, and the Red IPA. It would be worth a trip to Watford City just to check this place out.

Have been here multiple times. The brunch was a no. Won’t do that again. Pasta has been okay. But this pizza.. extra pepperoni onions, mushrooms and peppers. Where are the mushrooms? Oh, just chopped up one and sprinkled the ashes over mmmk. Not the first time I’ve tried this combo and still with the one sad shroom chopped to bits. Maybe order extra mushrooms? Idk. Good on the pep though
