WildCow Coffee & Cream

We had a large group come in and their staff did a fabulous job of accommodating our requests and ringing up our orders efficiently. The play area was a hit with our kids — even the older ones — especially after a delicious lunch at Stonehome. Highly recommend this place - if you stop, try a scoop or two of the Lemon Bar!

Hire more workers. Long hard day and was looking forward to an ice cream sundae. They were so busy they would not take an order that was not online. Now I understand the 3.8 rating. Would give zero stars if possible.

staff said they could not make a milk shake using real ice cream. Only soft serve. what is so out of the ordinary for a milk shake to be made with ice cream?
Went back today and they told me they were closed due to weather. then they served the people in line behind me.
this place sucks.

The vibes are nice the workers were attentive came for a to go order and decided to try a shake and omg good flavor will definitely be back wish I would've taken a photo but it was too good 😂

This place needs to really take time when it comes to hiring people who has good customer service . The attitude from each employee when I walked in was really DISGUSTING/DISRESPECTFUL !!! I get people have bad days but literally every time I come in it’s literally the same thing .

I have ordered food to-go from WildCow / Stonehome several times recently and I just have to say, Jaylynn in the WildCow drive through has been amazing!!! She is the cutest thing ever! She is so sweet, so kind, and attentive to detail regarding my orders! The food from Stonehome and my coffee from WildCow were SO delicious!! I will definitely be back, and will be sure to tip her extra well! I hope she sticks around for a long, long time!! ❤️ Well done Six Shooters!

Ordered a cold brew at 930. Closing hours are 10pm . Barista said she was closed at 930 and didn't let the server know she wasn't going to make it.

As of my visit, I'm not pleased. I was completely ignored by one (possibly two) employees who would rather sit on their phones then greet a customer and walk over to the register. I simply wasn't going to pay for that type of service.

Tried to give it a 2nd try. The night people don't know how to make a basic mocha we are on attempt number 2 after handing it back.

Train your employees to be nice. Everyone has bad days but shouldn’t be anyone else’s problem. Drive through employee was just nasty and we weren’t even rude just trying to grab some ice cream for our kids. After ordering two hard scoop cones we pulled up to the window where she opened shoved a bowl at us with two scoops of ice cream and said “Here” and shut the window in our faces with an attitude. All we asked for nicely after she confirmed no birthday cake or cotton candy flavor is what kid like flavors they could possibly have. We settled with huckleberry and asked for them in cones and she confirmed out loud our order back to us but with a nasty tone. I honked our horns at the window and she came back after a few and I told her we asked for two cones. Then she scooped them in cones and gave it to us and didn’t say anything. I didn’t mind the nasty tone because as annoyed as I was at it I decided she probably was just having a bad day but when she shoved the scoops of ice cream in a bowl and shoved it at our faces and slammed the window shut, that was just nasty. I know we won’t be coming around again and I am sure the business will be just fine but do the small community a favor and train your employees to be nice especially if you post and share your business on Facebook . I’d understand if we were rude but there was no such thing.
