Train your employees to be nice. Everyone has bad days but shouldn’t be anyone else’s problem. Drive through employee was just nasty and we weren’t even rude just trying to grab some ice cream for our kids. After ordering two hard scoop cones we pulled up to the window where she opened shoved a bowl at us with two scoops of ice cream and said “Here” and shut the window in our faces with an attitude. All we asked for nicely after she confirmed no birthday cake or cotton...
Very modern and clean. Definitely modern rustic if there were ever a thing. Good food, great shakes. Kind staff and really nice restaurant included in the coffee shake house. A lot of seeting for many or just a few. Great atmosphere. Will go back every time I go to Watford!
