Pretty standard Chinese buffet restaurant. All the selections are cooked and presented well. However, two dishes I wasn't sure about. Stuffed mushrooms and peanut butter chicken. I gave them both a try. I'm glad I did. The stuffed mushrooms are very tasty. The peanut butter chicken is OUTSTANDING!!! Glad we stopped.
During Finals week last semester I decided to explore the different Asian buffet options in Fargo/Moorhead. Having gone to virtually all of the 10-ish options, I can say that China King is one of the only options in FM that is worth going to, with the other being Giant Panda (which just barely edges China King out). The wife and I ate there tonight. Nice clean place and food was fresh and delicious! Myself I'm not big on Chinese food, but the wife almost had to drag me out of there.. Only 4 stars because they ran out of a lot of food. But it was getting close to closing time.
