I'm not one to write reviews but I just need to give a shout out to the drive thu staff that works the morning shift during the work week. Every morning my 4 year old daughter ask to roll down her window to talk with "the coffee girl" the staff are always super friendly and interactive with her making her day. Today was her birthday and the entire staff came to the drive thu window to sing happy birthday to her. It honestly brought tears to my eyes. This location truly has amazing customer service and I just want to make sure to say thank-you for always making my daughter's day as well as mine. Keep up the amazing work ?

I don't usually post reviews, but I felt compelled to say something after my experience today. I visit this store regularly and the staff always treat me well and are usually apologetic if they notice I have to wait. But today I was trying to get a little work done in the cafe and some woman I'd never seen before came in and was being weirdly harsh with the staff behind the counter. I got the impression she was also a Starbucks employee, but I've seen how hard they work and hearing her nit picking completely ruined my mood. If she's not an employee? WOW talk about entitled. Whoever you are (idk, woman in her late 30s to mid 40s I'd never seen before), maybe work on your delivery or at least leave a fat tip before causing them grief. Especially since Starbucks probably doesn't pay them enough as is. It left me wondering if you even know what it's like to be in their shoes. If that lady is going to be a regular fixture in the store, I don't think I'll be spending much time in the cafe again.PS Alexa did a great job on my drink today and Liz and Chris always remember my name :) (wanted to make sure I ended on a positive note haha)Vegetarian options: Spinach feta wrap for breakfast, and tons of pastriesDietary restrictions: They clearly label allergens and baristas are always knowledgeableKid-friendliness: Plenty of non-caffeinated drinks appropriate for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Double doors, but no handicap button, lobby could be a challenge to navigate, but it's not overly crowded with furniture

I had the most amazing experience at this Starbucks and all because of the girl who works there! She was sweet and ready to do her job! Her name tag said "Bee" her nickname and want to give her a big THANK YOU for excellent customer service!

I like to sit and study in this Starbucks, but lately they have been using a bathroom spray that smells like the strong porta-potty odor reducer and trying to eat, drink and study in the stores is awful now. The scent is so strong that I can taste it when sitting near the bathrooms. It makes it almost unbearable to study here anymore but I like the area to sit and study in bc the seats are cushioned. Starbucks, please consider taking away this odor reducer for those that are sensitive to chemicals. Thank you.

I went to the Starbucks in Fargo, ND on 26th and calico. I placed an order for 2 venti Caramel Brulee and and I also asked for two caramel brulee toppings to the side. The manager Carter didn't give me my caramel brulee toppings and he even had a little attitude, when I asked him if I could come inside and get the topping, because the drive-thru line was extremely long and there were customers still inside the store. When I opened my cup, I only have a little over half a cup of caramel brulee instead if the normal amount I usually get.

Sunday morning this Starbucks was a disaster. The bakery case was completly empty. We had to check with cashier at counter to see what was available and what was sold out . We ordered our coffee and then our bakery items. Received our coffee in a timely order, but it took 45 mins for or bakery goods. Bakery goods consisted of oatmeal, lemon loaf and egg bites. This was outrageous no apologies or addressing of the issue. The tables were not cleaned, trash on the floor and the coffee assembly area were employees were was unclean, messy and awful to look at. I will not be visiting this Starbucks again. Worst Starbucks I have ever seen in customer service, cleanliness, and quality of food.
