I don't usually post reviews, but I felt compelled to say something after my experience today. I visit this store regularly and the staff always treat me well and are usually apologetic if they notice I have to wait. But today I was trying to get a little work done in the cafe and some woman I'd never seen before came in and was being weirdly harsh with the staff behind the counter. I had the most amazing experience at this Starbucks and all because of the girl who works there! She was sweet and ready to do her job! Her name tag said "Bee" her nickname and want to give her a big THANK YOU for excellent customer service!

I'm not one to write reviews but I just need to give a shout out to the drive thu staff that works the morning shift during the work week. Every morning my 4 year old daughter ask to roll down her window to talk with "the coffee girl" the staff are always super friendly and interactive with her making her day.
