Ordered a burger and unfortunately it came with a corner of the piece of wax paper that usually separates the burgers. The waitress and manager were very nice but finding that paper in my last bite really ruined the meal. Also, the burger came with very few waffle fries.

The food is delicious, however the attention we received from the waitress was terrible, you go to the place in person to enjoy the place, but we wanted to run away, he forgot the order like 3 times, I have it incomplete, zero cordial, we have been in other franchises and the attention is different nothing to do; We only highlight Matt's attention that without having to see in the order if he has customer service! Only to him I would give stars and good camouflages.

One of the better experiences with Applebee's. Food was flavorful and well seasoned, chicken was juicy and tender, shrimp were not overcooked or chewy. Our server Alicia was absolutely amazing! Kept us laughing the entire time we were there. Consistent check ups on how our meal was going and drink refills. Will definitely be visiting again
