That was probably the fastest I ate any food, the Quesabirria with a side of rice will always be my favorite now. Thank you and can’t wait to buy from you again!
I’m not a Mexican food expert, but Aztecas is the best I've tried yet. We had the tacos, tamales, and burritos—all were solid, but the tacos and tamales are a must-try. Our Walmart trips in Williston are definitely going to be more frequent now that we know this truck is here. Great food and super convenient!

Aztecas Food Truck serves excellent and amazing Mexican food in Williston. The tacos, including the carne asada tacos and the quesabirria tacos, are sooo good, legit, and unmatched. The tamales are a must-try, a great surprise, and probably the best found in ND. The burritos are solid. The consommé, salsa, and sauces are awesome and spot on. The Horchata is delicious. The food truck is super convenient and the workers are friendly, polite, and professional. It is a favorite place and a go-to spot, with customers definitely planning to be back.
