Basil | Sushi Bar and Asian Bistro

Lived in Williston during the fracking boom, thought about basils today and decided to look them up to see if they survived Covid, then saw I never left a review on google so here it is.

Basils is the kind of place you think about a decade later sometimes.

Every time I go here I remember why it’s definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

$25 dollars for a basic bowl of pho is insane, maybe for an oxtail or sparerib pho,

Always superb - both food and service. Recent addition is robot food delivery. Very cool. They are always working to be the best and it shows.

The food is always so good here the best green curry you will ever eat hands down

One of the owners Andy was our server and he was so kind and wonderful. He made us laugh and didn’t make us feel rushed or like we were bothering anyone. We were a large party of 10 for a birthday. Not only that but he was part of an amazing team. We probably had every server check on us throughout our experience as they were working fluidly as a team. The food is always so delicious, very reasonably priced and you can watch your sushi get made directly in front of you. You can always ask any questions and not feel criticized by anyone. They’re all wonderful. I highly recommend Basil.

This is by far one of the best restaurants in Williston. The staff ensures you are never waiting or needing anything as well as being very kind! The price is on the higher side but that's to be expected when you visit an above average restaurant. Portion size is plentiful and sushi has many options. Will definitely be back.

This is our favorite place to eat! The food is amazing, and the staff is wonderful. Everyone is always so nice, the table is always cleared quickly, and the food doesn’t take long to get at all!

Been here since January 2025. Came here 3 times and service is awesome from Angel, Anton, Mr. Simon (owner). Love that they check on us to see how we doing and if we need anything. Love the food and the service y’all gotta come try it and enjoy!

I have resided in Williston for five years. Each visit has been consistently positive, with excellent service and food quality. I dine here at least twice monthly and am always pleased with my experience.

They have the best customer service and its my favorite place to eat!

This is the best sushi in town

Great hospitality and friendly staff made our dining experience 👌
Highly recommend any of the sushi, today I tried the pineapple chicken not as good as the salmon.

Ordered delivery, spent $180, didn't get any soy sauce, eating utensils and less than a nickel of Wasabi and ginger combined...normally aren't let down like this😢😞 love this place, hope management hasn't changed or what is going on?🤷‍♀️
