Sagas is definitely one of my favorite restaurants here in Williston. They have a great menu with delicious food and fantastic cocktails. The osso bucco, torsk, scallops, prime rib and walleye are some of my favorites. My only complaint is that they aren't open 7 days a week ha ha!
We have eaten here 4-5 times now. I never order steaks anywhere as I make fantastic steaks at home. I have ordered the ribeye here each and every time. It has never been bad. I have ordered it medium and medium rare, it's been the best steak I have not cooked myself hands down. Grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes are delicious with the steak and complement each other really well. We've ordered the appetizers cowboy candy, cheese curds, and fried pickles. The staff was great..very friendly and helpful. Chef nailed the Pittsburgh Medium Rare NY Strip. Brussel Sprouts and asparagus were great also. This will be my go-to place when I'm up here from Texas.
