Pulled up to Bill’s Back 40 not entirely sure what I was walking into. The outside gives you that “this could go either way” energy. Like you’re about to step into a dive bar documentary.
But here’s the thing — I’m glad I went in.
Solid drinks. No nonsense pours. Bartenders who actually acknowledge your existence instead of treating you like a background character.

Bill’s Back 40 is a dive bar with a blue-collar vibe and zero pretension. The outside gives "this could go either way" energy, but inside is a friendly crowd. Solid, no nonsense pours and bartenders who acknowledge your existence. A jumping little juke joint with live music from time to time, several pool tables, dart boards, and other interesting things to fiddle around with. Whether for pool, darts, blackjack, or the machines, the vibe never misses. The bartenders are always hot and the pizza is always perfect. Exactly what a dive bar should be.
