Placed order and it took over an hour to get our food. Had to remind them we were still there waiting for our order. Very busy on Friday night and just didn’t have the staff for the large crowd of people. Our server was waiting tables and also cooking in the kitchen

The staff was great..very friendly and helpful. Chef nailed the Pittsburgh Medium Rare NY Strip. Brussel Sprouts and asparagus were great also. This will be my go-to place when I'm up here from Texas.

Sagas is definitely one of my favorite restaurants here in Williston. They have a great menu with delicious food and fantastic cocktails. The osso bucco, torsk, scallops, prime rib and walleye are some of my favorites. My only complaint is that they aren't open 7 days a week ha ha!

On my most recent visit, service was far and few between, constantly waiting for something, and of the 5 people at dinner, no one had warm food once it was served. I've always liked this place, and usually have good things to say. Hopefully this last visit was just a bad night.

We have eaten here 4-5 times now. I never order steaks anywhere as I make fantastic steaks at home. I have ordered the ribeye here each and every time. It has never been bad. I have ordered it medium and medium rare, it's been the best steak I have not cooked myself hands down. Grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes are delicious with the steak and complement each other really well. We've ordered the appetizers cowboy candy, cheese curds, and fried pickles. They've all been good. We also have finished off dinner with Creme Brule as dessert YUM! How about another.... makes my mouth water just typing this. My brothers have been here and have told me the same. We've been happy eating here and will continue to go back to support the small businesses. The owners are very hands-on, and everyone has been really friendly.

We have been here twice, the first time service was fantastic with only one other table to be serviced. The second time, it was completely full with Christmas parties. Service understandably was extremely slow and well just plain bad. On this night food was also dismal, we ordered two Porterhouse steaks Medium with two Lobster tails, Loaded Potatoes and Asparagus. Loaded Potatoes and Asparagus were fantastic, steaks arrived Rare and only one over cooked Tail came out. Well stocked bar, mixed drinks were very good and they serve Coke products.
Amazing!!!!! Loved our amazing red haired waitress! She told me a secret about how she got her awesome red locks. She was so sweet and personable and kept them delicious strawberry martinis coming! Only place I'll eat raw oysters in North Dakota (maybe i love my oyster) The lamb chops are so delicious but I branched out this time and got the seafood bouillabaisse just bc it had saffron in it. It was delicious. Came with a sauce and some yummy bread. Then I had to take my creme brulee home bc I was so stuffed but I cldnt leave without it. Even the next day it was amazing!I love coming here. See yall for my birthday!
