“Best food ive had in williston! Quesobirra tacos are super flavorful i dont think they put alot of oil in the consome (broth). The tres leches cake is the best ive ever had. Never expected to go to a place in north dakota that tops most places ive visited in Arizona. I would rate this place a 10/10 if it was possible!“
“I’ve been to Famous Dave’s in several cities and order the pork ribs. The Williston location ribs were not only the best I’ve had at any other Dave’s, they’re up there with the best ribs I’ve had anywhere. Bartender recommended dry rub with no sauce, and I’m glad she did. Less mess and you could really experience the bark. Usually pork ribs come overcooked where the bones slide out on their own. This location cooked them competition perfect where you can end with a clean bone, but it takes a few bites. Only one critique about the ribs - the membrane was left on. Maybe that’s the secret I’m missing?“
