I’ve had gripes with them in the past but they’ve really upped their customer service game in the last year or so. The sandwiches are outstanding. Might be controversial but their bread is miles better than jersey mikes.

I had a great experience with the Williston Jimmy John's recently. I placed an order online and completely forgot to change the time on the order to the following day when I needed it and instead placed it for the day I ordered. I called about the order the following day and was informed of my mistake. I felt terrible and of course was happy to pay for the meal I never picked up and Jimmy John's was still able to get my order ready when I needed it. When I went in to...
