This place is the absolute best in ALL OF WILLISTON it’s a hole in the wall, a hidden gem. All of their food is amazing very authentic. 5+ stars well deserved. Clean as well. Husband and I love going on the weekends. Also, the bread that they serve for tortas is freshly made in house. Very delicious 😋 All of their food is 10/10
Friendly staff and great chorizo and lingua, both the tacos and quesadillas were excellent. Maybe the best quesadillas I've ever had. Small dining area but large drink selection, will make it a regular stop when I truck out to Williston again!

I have been going to this little restaurant for a while and it is my favorite place in Williston. It feels like a homemade meal every time I order from La cocina. They’re very consistent with their food quality and their service. Highly recommend!!
