Meg-A-Latte | Coffee House (New Hope Location)

Went in as a first timer and was rewarded with good customer service. The prices are great and the diverse selection was perfect and in season. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. I had ordered 3 different drinks and when I mentioned I had a milk intolerance the barista was more than willing to throw out the order to accommodate. Luckily some of them were for family so the order was kept. Overall I recommend this cute little coffeehouse and will be coming back. ❤️☺️ Grand Forks location review.

Bismarck- First time ordering today & definitely won’t be the last! Hands down one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had and the skittles redbull drink is phenomenal! I love that you can customize it and get the sugar free.

Grand forks location- First time going to Meg-A-Latte since I was in a rush I used the drive through fast and easy. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and OMG it is so delicious best coffee ever. Definitely recommend trying it out!! Great customer service the girl working the drive through today was super nice.

Iced caramel macchiato was good! I wish my Cinnabon waffles were actually warm, but they weren’t bad.

Bismarck is so lucky to have this place!! I’ve tried a lot of drinks here but the spiced chai (add vanilla)) and a raspberry lime lotus energy drink (add cream) ARE MY FAVS. I’m hooked. 5 stars.

Such a great and delicious new option for Bismarck coffee lovers! Their food, drinks and service are outstanding!

The time to get my smoothie was very fast (2-3 minutes) and the atmosphere was so good there too with the music playing in the background, highly recommended to come, it also by a church!

This has happened twice now, after the first time I stopped going for a while. I recently started to go again because the area is convenient from my home to the soccer fields. I went in at 5 on Tuesday, I was the only one in line placed my order payed over $40 A drink Donuts Two açaí bowls And a quesadilla The drink and donuts came out in good timing I knew I will wait at least 10 for the açaí bowls after 22 min the bowls were finally out however the quesadilla was not I asked the how much longer for the quesadilla the girl told me not long. I wait another 5 minutes at this point my son was already late for his soccer game quesadilla didn’t come out. One of the girls came out from the kitchen to talk to her friends who had just arrived at the shop, I didn’t want my son to miss his first game I go up to the girl and tell her to just give my quesadilla to one of the girls the barrista replied with okay thank you. It is ridiculous to wait so long for food and when I walk out due to the wait time, all I get is a thank you!! no apology no questions. They are ridiculous. Poor customer service.

Made me wait 13 minutes in the drive thru window for the wrong order. Then had to turn around and come back to get the correct order to which they did nothing about. But that’s what I get for paying $26 for a drink and a burrito. Never again

Just a reminder, smiles and courtesy go a long way. Usually good, not sure why it was so unwelcoming today.

Just went to Meg-A-Latte in Minot for the first time. I ordered the signature drink, Jack-o-Lantern. The coffee was fabulous on top of a wonderful and positive environment. Excited to go back again and try something else on the menu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
