“This is our weekly go to dinner! Full filling and delicious. The owner always makes sure everyone is satisfied with their meal. The staff are friendly and polite most days. The only thing is it gets really hot in there in the summer time when the ac goes out. CPI runs that part. Other than that Nick’s is the best homemade pita bread for sandwiches.! Highly recommend!”

“The cookies here are as good as ever. Got the monster oatmeal and peanut butter and chocolate, and was super content. Service was also fast and friendly. The new store looks nice, and is also clearly much larger than the original, even though it is sad to see them vacate downtown. Will be back for sure!”

I've also been out to their store and got great advice on seasonings and methods to improve my personal meat smoking hobby. Scott, Kayla, and their crew are fantastic, you won't regret having them cater your next event.”

“An establishment in Hastings with a lot of history behind it. You can read about it on the historical marker plaque in the parking lot. In addition to the history, this place has some of the best people you'll find and it all begins with the owner. B.J. is one of the greatest people out there and I was thrilled when the ownership transferred to him. He's taking this care of the place.”

“This place is super cozy and they have really good whiskey. This was recommended to us by a restaurant down the street to have a couple of drinks before our reservation. Did not feel like a sports bar but felt like a speak easy. We did get to watch Colorado start to get their butts kicked before we ate though. My wife and I decided to drink next to the fire place and it was very comfortable.

“It's a dive bar with excellent bar food. The staff are fun to interact with and the food is great with a lot of variety. Sundays they have a great brunch buffet as well as the regular menu. I'd recommend to anyone.”

“This has been a staple of the community since at least my college days 25 years ago. Still the best Hot and Sour soup I've ever had and trust me, I've looked! Since COVID they closed the dine in and just never reopened, so you'll have to get take out.”
