Great fish fry Fridays (with other options too for the non-fish lovers). Our table had cod and carp and everyone enjoyed their food. We also got some kolaches, the cherry was amazing with such soft and tasty dough.
My late husband and I had planned to make the drive from Lincoln to Abie for it's renowned Wednesday offering of pork, sauerkraut, dumplings, and rye bread. Sadly, we didn't get there before he passed. But I was very happy to finally visit Abie's Place today in his honor. The food was hot, delicious, and authentic Czech fare. Outstanding! My beloved Bohemian husband would have approved! ❤️ 😋
Probably the best Czech , kolaches, rye bread and cinnamon rolls for miles around. The Bohemian Cafe didn’t have anything over Tonnette!

Parking: There is often parking below and up on the hill east of the cafe.
The place used to be a school building…lots of room.
