Service was great in drive thru. Sandwich bread was really dry, built good but there was WAY too much lettuce for just a regular amount. They overdid the mayo. I like extra mayo but it was way too much. Even though they have new management they still are not great at all.
Subway is really clean, all the employees are extremely friendly, it was really busy I accidentally dropped my sandwich outside, they replaced it quickly, I enjoy stopping at subway on my way to rapid city.
The store manager Jessica, went out of her way when she was off the clock to fix an issue that I never have had. They were out of cookies and called me to see if I wanted replacements like chips. I said no, and I would ask for refund on the app (where I ordered). Instead…the person working cancelled my order altogether without telling me. I called back and he then said he would just deliver it. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jessica asking what the issue was. After...
