Now I used to work here so keep that in mind for this review. I go through the drive thru and I'm the only car, I order a 4 piece chicken basket, a shake, and a burger and fries off the value menu. I get to the window and see the manager walk past multiple times, linger at the window, all without cashing me out. Eventually, one of the teen employees brings me my shake and cashes me out, after a good two minutes. It takes another 7 minutes until we got our food, no apology for the wait. It was dead in there and I know from experience it should have taken 6 minutes total IF they were dropping fresh chicken. When we got home, the burger and a few fries were burnt and tasted like they'd been sitting there. The chicken was fresh at least. Best part of the meal was the shake. All in all, a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I waited 23 min in the drive thru for a cheese burger. One car before me. Get my food no sorry for the wait... just here. Burger was way way overcooked. Now I know you get on here with your preprogrammed b.s response of no help. The lady running the window had time to play with her hair drink her soda multiple times and talk to someone at the counter. Your b.s programmed response doesn't give me my time back. That's a half hr of life I never get back. Please folks stay away you have been warned

I drove 16 miles on Saturday and they were closed.Went back today and they were closed . They are closed all the time , missing out on a lot of money . Weekends are times to be open . Management here is very bad , lazy and do not like to make money. I will not be back. Wasted my time a time to many. Zero stars earned here. Thanks for nothing

I tried to get ice cream, but couldn't because machines were getting ready for tomorrow??? Look at all the reviews. This could be a great store, but history has shown DQ corporate should convince this owner to sell. Warren Buffet lives a few miles away. Hope he never tries to stop at this one

Don't eat the ice cream . They are supposed to clean the machine every 3 days but don't. One of the managers does not allow them to clean the machines. And It is very nasty looking inside the machine . I was told not to eat it .
Wish I could do ZERO stars. Ordered a cake over the phone on a Thursday to be picked up first thing on Saturday. We were on our way and received a call that it wasn’t ready and would be ready in an hour. Ok, no big deal, we ran some errands and went back at 315. Cake was not ready, they had over 4 hours to make this cake. Ashely was very disrespectful about the situation. Needless to say we left without a cake. We will never go to that location again. Terrible.
