I just moved to Ashland from the west coast. I was extremely disappointed by Luna Azul. I come from a town with many good Mexican restaurants. Let’s just say that Taco Bell is better than Luna Azul. The refried beans and enchilada sauce were definitely from a can. ZERO flavor. The “chalupa” was nothing more than a soggy tostada with no cheese. The cheese enchilada was barely melted and flavorless. The only thing that tasted good was the chips. I wish I could get my money back. I definitely won’t be returning.

Our family went here tonight for my birthday. The food and the blue margarita were excellent!! Staff was so nice and very helpful as we had two elderly lafues with canes and walkers. Definitely recommend and will be back!!

The service was average but when we said we needed a little more time the waiter tended to forget us. The staff were not friendly at all. We all ordered the tacos off the taco Tuesday menu. The chicken, beef and carnitas meat was all dry and not tasty. We ordered the draft beers but the waiter neglected to ask us what size we wanted so he automatically gave us the larger size which we couldn’t finish well.
