I stayed at the lodge three nights for a family reunion. The rooms on the upper floor facing east seem to have the best views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had breakfast the last day at Carl’s; it was comparable prices to what you’d get in town and I enjoyed it. Would be interested to come back in the fall and try the rope course and ice skating.

The rooms are comfortable, and booking is available for cabins throughout the park. Had a great experience here. The staff treats you like they care, which they don't just seem to - they do.

Is this a hotel at all? Service is indifferent to the point of rude. Absolutely no early check in, cleanliness is questionable - other people’s leftovers were still in the fridge. Tiny tiny toiletries. The restaurant closes at 2 pm so no dinner service. The only redeeming aspect is the closeness to the waterpark and the beauty of the area itself.
The lodge is great and inviting, the restaurant has been revamped and is serving great food now. I had the double cheeseburger and man it was good. I am going to reserve a cabin this year here and enjoy the ambiance. I suggest you all do the same.

Large, clean lodge within Mahoney park complex. The lodge has nice facilities and a spacious restaurant and bar overlooking the river. Many native animals frequent the area..

Currently under renovation. Open July 1st. Remodeling guest room bathrooms. Handicapped accessible. Nice place for the suburban camper. Personnel are very friendly & helpful. This is in Mahoney State Park
