Food was wonderful. Staff were very educated on the menu and gave awesome recommendations. We drove 2 hours to try the place and it was worth the drive. We would return in a heartbeat!
5 stars! Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Israel made our night perfect.
We got together with a group of 8 last night. Reservation at 6 pm and we were seated right away. Our drinks and appetizers all were ordered and delivered just fine. Service was a little slow but not bad. We had a variety of appetizers to try and I can’t speak highly enough about the crustini, steak tar tar and the Caesar salad- really well executed and excellent flavors!! The main course came and we had overdone steaks throughout the table. Mine was cooked just right (medium rare) but my steak was very strange looking from a shape perspective. It appeared that maybe someone cut into the steak? I’m not really sure but ribeyes are usually a oval and this was fairly unappealing looking. We had numerous steaks at the table that ordered mediums that had little to no pink in them and were mostly grey all the way through. Our service slowed as the night grew on which made for a 3 hour dinner. We went for long droughts without seeing our waiter. To top off the night every one of our checks was wrong and they all had to be redone. We literally had to write on all of our checks to correct them so he could change them in the system. Unfortunately it’s experienced like this that will ruin a steakhouse with huge potential if they continue.
My steak was tough and overcooked. I ordered rare and it was medium at best
We had an A+ dinner tonight at Ruhlman’s. This was my first time dining here and the entire meal was terrific.
This is the best steakhouse in Nebraska. Great service, great staff and the food is exceptional and reasonably priced. If you have what you think is a less than stellar experience just talk to the owner who is literally there all the time bussing tables and working.
Visited for appetizers and drinks. Tried several of the appetizers and all were EXCELLENT!! Great flavors. Especially loved the Calabrian Meatballs and Tuscan Sausage Crostini. We sat outside on the patio great atmosphere. Anxious to go back for dinner. Easy and short drive from Omaha!!

I love this place: the food, atmosphere, staff, and location. They have lots of options for people who don't eat red meat. My favorites are the pork chops and salmon.
The staff always has a smile on their face and are genuinely happy to serve you. I like how the owner and chef are very visible.
The atmosphere is great. It gets crowded but there is always someone there you know. It's the place to be!

This restaurant is one of our family’s favorites. The filet is always cooked to perfection & the warm cookie skillet is a must-have to end your dinner. Highly recommend!

We came for a birthday dinner and it was great! The wait was a little longer, because we didn’t have a reservation, but we were able to sit on their patio and have drinks and appetizers while we waited. The staff were great! The dinner was also a hit. The steak was good and the mac and cheese was delicious.

This was an incredible experience! Even short staffed, they went above and BEYOND with every element of the evening. I have food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy) and the chef personally curated the menu to my needs. They are Celiac Safe and so kind and accommodating! The atmosphere was warm and inviting while also being upscale, the mocktails were delicious, and the outdoor patio seating area was a pleasure to wait in. 10/10!! We will definitely be a repeat customer and telling everyone about y’all!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free marked on menu, will accommodate soy and dairy allergens and very knowledgeable about cross contamination!

It's an "up-and-comer" that's likely to become our favorite steakhouse. We had fresh oysters and arancini for appetizers, both were awesome. For dinner we had the Walleye and the New York Strip. The Walleye was good and very traditional-midwestern. The NY Strip had good flavor but it was more medium than medium-rare. Food-wise, I think there are some learning curve things that will happen as they get going. Service was a little hampered by both the newness of the restaurant and noise level. The atmosphere is nice, but it's too loud for this type of restaurant and it seems over crowded when it's at capacity. Also, the room temperature was too cold for our group when we arrived.

My husband and I took our two adult daughters there today for brunch. Like our first trip there, our food was excellent and our service was top notch! Even better, they have multiple gluten free options, which is amazing since my husband is a Celiac and this often makes it tough to eat out! Thank you!
