Best fast food chain ever! (I am biased) I absolutely adore their classic grilled chicken! Whenever I’m having a bad day I drive down to get a soda. Their customer service is top tier one time an employee payed for my cookie for me. Their management is amazing and shout out Ryan for being such a good team leader!

I grabbed a Buffalo Chicken wrap and a chocolate shake. Needed a boost in the late afternoon. The food was tasty and well prepared. The staff was outstanding; attentive, friendly, helpful. The facility was cleaner than average. A pleasant surprise.

Came in this evening after a long day grabbing something quick for my family least I thought. Ordered a cheeseburger meal. Kids meal and a #2. First time ever I have been asked to park around front at a Runza. After a 10 min wait (not the issue) get my food drive all the way to the other side of Ashland get home and realize I got a chicken grilled chicken sandwich instead of a cheese Runza. I’m tired and hangry now so I go back walk inside and keep my cool. Gal mopping was nice enough to ring my order up for a Runza and I did ask for some fresh fries for the inconvenience. She walks to the back and I see multiple employees coming to look back at me whatever. Then another girl comes and says they can’t find my original order and that if I got a receipt. Never did get my receipt. She makes a big deal about it I just wanted the food that I ordered. After a short wait a some punk kid walks up throws the bag with sandwich on the counter and goes we’re making an exception this time next time have your receipt. At this point I did lose my cool. Don’t get the where the entitled attitude from a group of kids is coming from but management needs to step up. The experience I had was completely unacceptable and I do apologize for my colorful language but I had lost all patience.

Good was pretty good, staff was friendly. There was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru despite being lunch time. Fries seemed a bit over cooked.

I don't live very close to a runza so it's always a priority stop when I'm close to one, this location did not disappoint in any way, in fact it excelled. Food was great but the drive through service from the young lady working was beyond great, asked for extrashroome and napkins because I'm traveling and she made extra sure I got the food, napkins, ketchup and everything else I needed professionally and in generous amounts thereby earning herself and the grill chef a 8$ tip. The oneginal runzas and swiss and shroom runzas have always been a favorite of mine and this time I also got a shroom and swiss burger and was very happy with it as well !!
Lobby closed earlier then the website said. Was pulling a trailer, so I could not make it through the narrow drive-through. They would not let me order through the drive-through on foot. (Apparently apparently walking through a drive-through is more dangerous than crossing the street) I just wanted some food after a long day, so I left and went to Subway. First negative experience I've ever had at a Runza anywhere.

Ordered a burger in the drive thru specifically with no mustard or pickle… got only mustard and pickle. Also will sit in line (even when not busy) for close to 15 minutes before I get my food every time without fail, and I only ever order for 2 people including myself. Never have this issue at the Runza in Gretna, only here. Will not go to this Runza anymore.

Not sure what’s so special about this place that everyone said I should try it. It’s mediocre at best! The burgers are mid. The fries are honestly their best product. I had a sub, wasn’t impressed. Dr Pepper tasted flat. Not sure if I’d return here. Just as bad as taco John’s.

At the drivethrough I ordered a popcorn chicken kids meal. I was asked if I wanted sauce, I said honey mustard. At the window, I questioned why the price was $3+. They had to change the order to a meal, not just popcorn chicken. Fries were lukewarm at best when i drove out of the drivethrough. When I got home, no honey mustard.
