My boyfriend and I order subway from the app for a late lunch. What should have been a very enjoyable lunch as I enjoy subway very much was ruined when much to my horror I found not one but two black hairs in my sandwich when neither my boyfriend nor I have black hair. What happened to wearing hair nets?

Friday night fairly busy and one employee obviously new. No issue with any of that. Waited patiently. The main employee was hustling and was polite while making sandwich. When he rung me up it was $6 more than it always is. I said that isn't correct. He snapped and said yes it is. I said $19 for foot long turkey? He said yep..I tipped 20% and asked for recipe. He charged me for extra meat and cheese. The guy before me had extra, so obviously he got confused since busy. I stood well to the side and waited until he finished making all the orders for customers in the store, then addressed him quietly and said he charged me for extras. He again snapped and said that's what you told me.. I said well I didn't but even if I did, you didn't put extra on it. He said yes I did. I opened the sandwich and showed him and he said yes that's extra. It most definitely was not. I said there are only 4 half pieces of cheese, that's extra? He said I put extra... The fact that he looked at it and still was convinced he was correct is crap. If that's him making an extra meat extra cheese sandwich then he makes a crappy sandwich. I mean just look at it. There's 100% proof that there isn't double of both. Pisses me off! Next time I will make a big scene.

The subway in Ashland is worth driving all the way from Lincoln for. You'll get great customer service, your food made exactly how you want it (and much better than that), and the vibe is comfortable as well as inviting. Best subway I've experienced, so far

A NOPE followed by a hard NO. There is this new thin called cleaning that they apparently have not does at a deep level since the place was opened. But if you happen to eat at Subway a lot, you expect this.
I would recommend Runza own the street KC Eastside Luna or BW in ashland.
This franchise ran very well. I often see Subways short staffed. This one had plenty during the lunch rush. They made the sandwiches well it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and worked fast.
Vegetarian options: They basically have one vegetarian sandwich, so don't come here unless you don't mind the veggie delight.
Dietary restrictions: I’m careful about my wheat intake.

They have went down hill since the last time I wrote a review probably will not go back to this location they gave me the wrong bread and my boyfriend and son wanted there sandwiches toasted they didn't even do it after asking them twice

Was at this location today 5/19/24 at 12:30 pm. Got 2 #18s and a #23, all on artisan bread, all toasted. 2 sandwiches werent toasted and all 3 were on wheat bread. The part bald female had attitude, and the old guy running the register tried charging us twice for the #23, and didnt give us the correct receipt. Ive worked subway before in my past, its not that hard. Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.
