I go to the other locations regularly and my coffee always tastes different at the Ashland location. It doesn’t taste like it has any espresso in it. Tastes like syrup and milk while the other locations it always tastes like there is espresso.

We order the same iced beanry mocha everytime and it’s very inconsistent. The last time we came it had a very strong espresso taste. Today the only thing I can taste is watered down milk. We spent $15 on coffee we don’t want to drink. I think we will have to find a new coffee shop.

We come through the drive thru almost everyday for coffee. Usually the service is great, but today 7/12/25, we came through and a different girl with darker hair that we havnt seen there yet before was the 1 who handed out the drink at 11:29ish this am. When asked if we'd like cream, she acted like it was an inconvenience to add cream. She then hands out the drink with attitude, and coffee dripping all over my leather interior. Hopefully it isnt going to stain. Everybody else we've ever dealt with there were great, coffee is good but this girl needs retrained or get a different job to where she doesnt need to deal with the public

First time in... not a single person in their @9am on a monday and we ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches & it had been about 20 minutes. They completely forgot.
Coffee is subpar. & no music. It's pretty/cute but didn't have the full atmosphere that you'd want from a chill coffee shop. Also, there was a fry on the floor. They don't serve fries there... so are they not cleaning? Very concerning. Especially since it was empty in there.
