“The first time we ate here a few months ago it seemed like it was better. I did not feel like the Carnitas were fresh tasting. They honestly taste it as though they had been refrigerated. Everything else was pretty good though. Carne Asada was good. Rice and beans were good.”

“Stopped for Sunday brunch buffet when passing through Beatrice. Pizza was what you expect for Val's pizza, distinctly unique sauce that is always delicious. Brunch buffet had biscuits and gravey, bacon and scrambled eggs, as well as fried chicken, mashed potatoes and white gravey. I had nit has Vals Sunday brunch in a decade, and it was just as good as I remembered.”

“This place is a hidden gem. They have been in business in this small town in Nebraska for over 30 years and the food, service and atmosphere are amazing.. Their prices are also very reasonable although it could compete with restaurants in a much bigger city. I was just traveling through but was so happy to come upon it.”

“Tables dirty. But food was good. We where there for an hour and no one came out to check tables. Food was fresh. Then they where fighting to get logged in to register with the fingerprint and would not let them in. Another couple left because of issue.”
