Wow! I had no idea food this good could come out of a food truck. I don't care what anybody says, this is gourmet food. The shrimp were perfectly grilled, the pieces of chicken were the perfect bite size, and everything was seasoned perfectly. Wife and I moved to the area recently and we love Japanese food. This is a great find in Beatrice. Service was quick and friendly. Food was very very good. We ordered a California roll, hibachi chicken, and a chicken and steak combo. Will be a regular stop for us now!

Love this food! Made to order in only about 15 minutes, my hibachi shrimp is always well worth the short wait, and so much food I can eat the meal twice before it's all gone. I think the veggies in this meal are truly my favorite part. Friendly staff, plenty of parking to wait, and they bring the order right to your car, too.
