I came through drive on my way home and was greeted so pleasantly by Ashley im a picky person and she was so attentive and clarified that she had my order correct she asked me if I wanted any cookies or a Hershey pie with my order which I would of never thought to order if she hadn’t. It literally sounded like she was smiling through the speaker. My food was fresh and hot and made correctly nothing was missing which is almost a miracle with fast food restaurants in general. I’m so pleased with how fast and accurate they were.

I was traveling Through Beatrice with my kids around lunchtime, so decided to stop into the local Burger King and let me tell you it did not disappoint!! During what seems to be a busy time for them, they still greeted me and my kids instantly, and with a smile on their face was ready to take my order. Ella remained patient as my kids were being pretty indecisive and even gave them options when they were struggling to decide I love that you guys offer choices outside of the happy meal toys as they played with for the moment and then Become just another unplayed toy around my house! After ordering, we sat down to wait for our food. It was pleasantly surprised when another worker brought the food to our table for us. The food was probably the best food I have tasted from any Burger King. It just goes to show that the employees really truly value their jobs and the satisfaction of customers in those Cini Minis were the perfect little desert!! I definitely would stop again anytime I travel through Beatrice!!! I’d also like to say that the new GM Anthony is a lot nicer and seems to care more about customer satisfaction than the previous lady that was working for them as if it wasn’t for the kids. I wouldn’t have stopped into Burger King today based off previous interactions with her.

I ordered at 3:48 p.m. during a fairly slow time. It's currently 4:10 and I still don't have my food. The food is usually good but the service is.. severally lacking.

I waited for 10 minutes, AFTER paying for my order at the drive thru window. Only 2 vehicles showed up behind me, one customer inside, and the truck right behind me was also asked to pull around to the door, as I was also. They said they were still waiting on my chicken jr. 10 min wait for a small order of onion rings (that were obviously cold since I waited for 10 minutes) and a FRESH chicken jr (HA) the sandwich was hardly even warm. Thought I'd give BK another chance, since it's been quite a while since my last bad experience there... won't make this mistake again! Not too mention, no apologies or anything when I assaulted about the wait. The girl practically tossed the bag in my car window and walked away.
