The price shown on board as you can see was $3.19 each and I was charged $3.29 each. When I inquired about the price they told me they had made price adjustments but hadn't updated their boards yet. They said the manager was made aware but hadn't fixed issue yet. I said it is false advertisement and they just said they couldn't do anything because they can't adjust prices on register, sorry. Last time we were in hurry and went through drive thru and they neglected...
My order was taken by an employee named Chord. Very friendly and professional. It was very hot out, and he offered my little one a free ice water. He didn't have to, but it was appreciated. Thank you.
The morning staff is friendly, genuinely caring, and entertaining. I feel welcome and a bit like family when I come in. I always receive fast quality and great conversation during each visit. Thank you Taco John's staff!
