Orders are regularly incorrect, I would say every other time we have to go back inside to get our order fixed when the order is correct it usually comes at the cost of cold fries and nuggets, or poorly made burgers. Prepare to be parked as well, not even during peak hours. Staff are friendly.
The service was horrible. We had one of the longest waits I’ve ever experienced at McDonald’s, and the employees were rude and disrespectful. What made the experience even worse was that other customers who ordered after us received their food before we did. We felt like we were being treated differently because of our race, and it was extremely upsetting and disappointing. This was not the kind of customer service anyone should have to experience.
