Stopped here to pick up breakfast burritos and they had none! What???!!! Then we were forced to order a breakfast sandwich which was cold and not even melted cheese and a cold hashbrown! Pathetic situation to say the least. Highly disappointed!!
There are inefficiencies in your current processes that are leading to delays in fulfilling orders. As a result, there are instances where food is becoming cold while waiting to be served. Additionally, I recently received a sandwich that was not prepared correctly and was served cold. In my response, the sandwich was put into the trash.
