From out of town, stopped to get a bucket of chicken and sides. Staff was hustling to get orders out and very friendly! Thank you KFC
I didn’t catch her name, but the lady who waited on me was one of the best people I’ve dealt with in customer service, I had a question about the popcorn chicken, she answered it very well, 10/10 will be coming back!
I recently went through drive-thru. I was informed that there would be a few minutes delay while they made more fries. After I paid at the window they asked me to pull around into the parking lot. There were no vehicles behind me in line, so who was I holding up? So I waited at window. When the associate brought out my meal out in the driveway ahead of me he berated me for not pulling around. I asked why that was necessary since there were no other customers in line behind me....read full review
