I got off of work and my girlfriend wanted to get a quick bite to eat so we headed down to Applebees for a quick casual bite an hour before close. The host/our server Chris was fantastic from start to finish. Extremely polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Would come back to this location based on service alone! Thanks Chris!

Going out for dinner is supposed to be a treat, this was not. We went on a Sunday night and it wasn't busy at all. Ordered drinks Pepsi, water and a beer. I asked for a mug for the beer. Didn't get mug or water. Devin B took our order and said they were out of broccoli because of the broccoli shortage????? Took a very long time to get our meals, we even ask another worker to check on it because our server was hanging out at the bar, not sure what he was doing. My steak was over cooked but I didn't want to send it back because the table behind us had done this twice and had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get his meal. His wife was done eating by the time he got his meal. Devin forgot our salad and we had ordered waffle fries but got mashed potatoes. We won't be back. I think some more training is needed. And the manager should be available and looking out for customers also.

Just had an amazing experience at the Bellevue Applebees tonight. We had a large reservation of 28 people and between our very attentive and pleasant server, Harmonie and her managers assistance, the evening went smoothly and very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they were over cooked. I ordered the baby back ribs,noeat long the bones and over cooked also , you couldn't get what little of the meat off with a knife. Very unsatisfied with this meat.

I was quite surprised, went to one in Florida about 6 to 7 years ago and it was awful. So my daughter got me a gift card to the one in Bellevue, NE. We loved it. The food was hot and delicious and crispy. The waitress Jade i believe was absolutely fantastic she read our minds and was right on top of all our needs. I brought my own drink because I can't have caffeine or sugar because of health issues and restaurants haven't caught on with health issues so she had no problem with me drinking my diet 7 up. I truly can't wait to go back. The price was very reasonable better than McDonald's for feeding 2 people with a lot more food.

Air conditioner wasn't working and they were out of food items on probably over half the menu. We saw multiple groups get up and leave after being told that they didn't have what they asked for...not sure if this location is getting ready to close or not but that's the impression we got.
Went in on a Sunday. Restaurant was dead as doorknob maybe 6 tables. Miserable man at the front said there was a 20-30 minute wait. There were more people waiting than there were people sitting down eating. Workers were shuffling their feet and moaning and groaning about being there. We left. Two parties who came in after us also left.
