First off, I’m not one to leave reviews very often at all though you have to give credit where credit is due! Tonight was the first time my wife & I have ever had Arby’s & it was GREAT! The food being great was only a bonus.
Huge shoutout to Mark at this location; he was our drive-thru cashier & was welcoming, professional & kind. It may be overzealous to say this toward someone from only a few moments of interaction, though his effort & work ethic shined through to us both. Mark is a rockstar & we hope he gets the kudos he deserves.

Wow, I just have to say — the team at this Arby’s is amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was super fresh and delicious, and the service was honestly above and beyond. My three kids are so happy right now, and that means the world to me as a mom. Went there to try their new Steak bites. If you like well done steaks you'll probably will them. I usually eat mine medium rare, I thought we're a little over cooked for my taste

I'm always a drive thru customer. Almost every time, I ask for sauce and rarely get it. No napkins in the bag. Their root beer is flat like without any CO2. I don't know what it is about fast food here but certainly not up to the standards back in the state that I just moved from. Poor execution on their staff's part.

I waited 25 minutes for my order. Two customers who arrived after I got their orders ahead of me and 7 cars through the drive up. Absolutely aggravating sense of priority and no idea of the meaning of 'first come first serve'. Food was great and the staff polite.

For lunch I ordered the brisket sandwich meal with curlies and a drink. The sandwich only had two Thin slices of meat on it, no cheddar cheese and crispy onions, but lots of barbecue sauce and a bun. The sandwich look like a kids meal sandwich. Definitely did not get my money's worth on that meal, I was hungry halfway through the afternoon. A cashier had a hoodie on and headphones on all the time, not the right dress code to wait on customers. At a cost of $12.72. I guess that's why I eat it restaurants for at least that same price or less and take part of the meal home for later. I will never be back.

The manager thought my wait was too long so she gave me my meal at no charge. Ironically the week before my order was incorrect but I didn't call to let them know. I didn't feel like my wait was too long but the fact that manager gave me a free meal was very kind and impressive.
