My GOD! Save yourself the torture. Last few times I've used the drive thru here I've waited right at the window for 10 minutes to get my food. Not 10 minutes in line, 10 minutes at the Window! I'll never get food from a Burger King again this is not acceptable!

Drive thru was busy but the cashier was very friendly. Not a job I would like to do, yet she was quick and full of smiles.

It's horrible! The managers are lazy food is ALWAYS COLD AND THE PRICE IS JUST OUTRAGEOUS. Burger King needs to figure out what they are doing. Charge 2 for 5 on items but individually it's the same price for horrible service cold food too. Your not a restaurant your a fast food option. Quit over charging and advertising fresh hot food. It's trash.

Got the original chicken sandwich meal which costed almost $12. The chicken was not hot, it was watery so the bun was wet and the fries were barely warm. Won’t go back!

Terrible! Slow it needs to be shut down or it needs new employees or something because it's ridiculous. She's yelling over the phone to her family member in front of kids there's only two people in there when it gets busy and then she's always messing up orders to be honest, this Burger King is not worth it just avoid it in general and hopefully The people that run it see this message

I would give negative stars if I could. I have been going to this location since I was little and it has been nothing but problems the last 6 months. I always try to give it another chance but will no longer becoming to this location. Went 12/8/24 at 10:30 pm and had the rudest experience ever with the employee, he had an attitude before even placing an order I mentioned their screen was out and they were rude saying they know and got mad when you couldn’t even know what they had to order. I went to order a new menu item and was told it is not available when it just came out a couple week ago and is still offered on the app/website, also was asking if they had any Mello Yello (coke
Product) or Mountain Dew and got a douchebag reply, never got a receipt and couldn’t ask for any sauce the employee tossed the food out the window and shut it before I could ask. I work in a restaurant industry and understand bad days but if I had an employee who treated customers like that they would no longer be my employee. I will be reaching out to corporate also! Do better Burger King on Galvin.

Multiple times various issues. Be sure to check your food!! Forgetful, orders placed wrong, cold food or over microwaved, complaining employees, long wait times and its not even that busy. This location has been there the longest and just gone down hill. That Bellevue strip needs an upgrade.

Whopper meal with fries cold to the touch. Worst meal I've had anywhere in a long time. Had to microwave it 10 minutes after purchase to make it edible. McDonald's and Wendy's are just minutes away, don't waste your money at this BK.

I'm funny but I expect my hot food to be hot when I receive it. My hash rounds were not cooked through and were lukewarm at best. It's sad because I love their breakfast items but probably won't go back to this location after this experience.

I think it’s called a BK melt b/c you’re actually supposed to MELT the sandwich using your flame broil grill you advertise! I could have used bread out the cabinet for this! So tired of wasting money on food that is prepared like it free!
