I would give negative stars if I could. I have been going to this location since I was little and it has been nothing but problems the last 6 months. I always try to give it another chance but will no longer becoming to this location. Went 12/8/24 at 10:30 pm and had the rudest experience ever with the employee, he had an attitude before even placing an order I mentioned their screen was out and they were rude saying they know and got mad when you couldn’t even know what they had to order. I went to order a new menu item and was told it is not available when it just came out a couple week ago and is still offered on the app/website, also was asking if they had any Mello Yello (coke
Product) or Mountain Dew and got a douchebag reply, never got a receipt and couldn’t ask for any sauce the employee tossed the food out the window and shut it before I could ask. I work in a restaurant industry and understand bad days but if I had an employee who treated customers like that they would no longer be my employee. I will be reaching out to corporate also! Do better Burger King on Galvin.

Multiple times various issues. Be sure to check your food!! Forgetful, orders placed wrong, cold food or over microwaved, complaining employees, long wait times and its not even that busy. This location has been there the longest and just gone down hill. That Bellevue strip needs an upgrade.

Whopper meal with fries cold to the touch. Worst meal I've had anywhere in a long time. Had to microwave it 10 minutes after purchase to make it edible. McDonald's and Wendy's are just minutes away, don't waste your money at this BK.

I'm funny but I expect my hot food to be hot when I receive it. My hash rounds were not cooked through and were lukewarm at best. It's sad because I love their breakfast items but probably won't go back to this location after this experience.

I think it’s called a BK melt b/c you’re actually supposed to MELT the sandwich using your flame broil grill you advertise! I could have used bread out the cabinet for this! So tired of wasting money on food that is prepared like it free!

Each time I come here I've yet to have a really negative experience. That being said, this place being called Burger King yet their burgers are mid at best beyond breakfast time is disappointing. If you can get the food freshly made, absolutely do so. Get burgers for breakfast since they make them fresh. Beyond that, either get a fish sandwich (also gets made fresh) or just find another place unless you're okay with stale burgers.
The folks who work here are doing what they can with what minimal staff they have. It's usually apparent that they're understaffed and stressed out. With that in mind, they're doing as good a job as they can with what they got.

Burger Kings' food quality is so bad here that it's very 50/50 if your food will be cooked well or taste good. The sodas are so off. I'm not saying they should be a 5-star restaurant, but at least check the soda machines. Don't even get me started on the Burger Kings policy on charging 25 cents for an extra sauce. As i understand that's a company decision is still a dumb charge.

This Burger King is a disappointment to Bellevue. Everyone there sounds miserable, soda machines smell like rat pee and taste even worst. Staff gets mad when you ask for things, place should be shut down with as many violations it has.

Went here around 5:30 on a Wednesday to grab dinner. I sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes. When I got to the intercom the guy told me he'd be back and sounded completely miserable. I waited so long I started rolling my car forward and backward thinking he forgot about me because there was Noone else in line. He finally came back, I placed my order and went around the building and there was a black truck at the window also waiting. I was waiting so long I pulled up these reviews and was horrified so I didn't even want to eat here any longer. When I got to the window I sat for 5 more minutes and they never even opened the window, so I left. In total I was in the drive thru for 23 minutes, and the parking lot was empty and there was only 1 truck in line in front of me. That should have been a sign that nobody wants to eat here since it was 5:30. I left and went to the Taco Bell next door and got thru and my food in 6 minutes. I will never try this BK again.

The manager is nice but I continually get stale bread on the sandwiches. I order on the AP, wait 15 minutes, drive to the BK and have to sit on the side for 15 minutes even though it's been 25 minutes already. During lunch hour. Service is so bad but I wouldn't care as much if the food was good. Day Old bread is just gross. Pay your workers ffs. You aren't cheap anymore so raise the prices a bit more and hire some decent people.

Sunday, I bought food for me and my children and didn't receive all items ordered and paid for. I live several miles north of this business and was only in the area for an outing with said children. I called and informed the manager who said his name is Eric and that I could either get my money or the items. When I informed him of the distance and the inconvenience of coming back that same night he said my name would be in a book. I go today, Thursday, to resolve the matter and as Eric handed me the missing items I informed him I rather have my money, but he then refused to give me my money explaining that he couldn't just open a drawer and hand me cash. This logic made no sense of course as he just handed me food I was owed but he still didn't give me my money that I requested nor the owners info to try and resolve this matter, but referred me to the Internet. I couldn't find the owners info so posting this review. Reviews are here for a reason as well as the current low rating of 3, which seems generous now. I don't have any plans to spend money at this establishment in the future and advise anyone who will read this to find a different location to eat and do business with... Very disappointing experience.
