The person at the drive thru didn't come on the speaker for almost 5 minutes. Just as I was getting ready to drive away and go somewhere else after a 14 hour workday with no food or breaks. I was starving! A fish burger and onion rings with a drink sounded amazing.
I ordered a fish sandwich meal with onion rings, lots of ketchup and a large Coke Zero. Here's what I got. A large Diet Coke, not Coke Zero, a fish sandwich that was barely like warm and was hard on the corners and soggy in the middle like it had been sitting under the warmer for a very long time. The onion rings were ice cold. I got lots of ketchup as asked and the ice cream cone was delicious like always. I lived life on the wild side and had dessert first on my 5 minute drive home. The drive thru lady was pleasant but the rest of the visit was hugely disappointing. I was the only customer. This order should have been perfect. If they were busy, I would have been more understanding and wouldn't have written this review. Do better Birger King! It will be a long time before I come back to your establishment, if ever.

Any Burger King can serve food, but no Burger King can quite serve the way this place served and slayed. Whoever the night manager was, is amazing. She was polite and we could overhear her interacting with her co workers and she seemed like an absolute joy to work, not to mention she was absolutely hilarious. I unfortunately did not get her name, but I would come back just to enjoy a nice laugh. We love this diva!

One of the top three Burger Kings I've ever been to the manager was there training a new employee he was very knowledgeable and directional let this new employee know what he should and should not do food was incredible so was the atmosphere not sure of the gentleman's name but this is the location 1153 a.m. on Thursday 10/31/24 please make this manager a higher up

I live close to this establishment so I go there frequently.im not knocking McDonald's but Burger ? King ? oferrs that phenomenal grill flavor..the whopper and havsies are all I get and not disappointed..you might find sumthin u prefer to the whopper but that's my go to sandwich..with cheese ? please ??

Unlike a typical Burger King experience, the workers here are good with people and good at making food. Extra points because I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a BK with a play place let alone a fast food restaurant that keeps the play place clean

I love BK but not this BK... Ghetto is the best way I can describe my over all visit to here. I've done lots of reviews and honestly this one is Ghetto. I hope the store manager See's this cup of tea and sips it good.
The cashier gave me a small cup telling me that's medium??? Some one brought their child & the server including the cashier were playing with baby like it also works there. I was so shocked to see all this from the drive thru window. And my fries were old, horribly old.
No I don't recommend this spot to anyone until they fix this. And if anyone responds I hope it's the district manager & number.
Had a Whooper combo it was very very good. The staff was great. Very clean and plenty of seating. This location had a play area which was well maintained.

On Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 1145, while waiting for our food there was an elder lady putting together the orders was complaining about customers and delivery orders. It was very unprofessional to in front of where customers can hear.
Bright side, younger lady working the drive thru was amazing. Very apologetic about the long wait.

Corrina the assistant manager is the best person I've dealt with when dealing with customer service! I had missing items and she had no hassle with a very nice personality.
