Went to this location's drive thru late evening and was told they were having register issues and had a call into IT trying to fix it. In the meantime coworkers in the background are giggling. Didn't come across as sincere and as I drove away all staff were hiding.. out of sight. Absolutely terrible service at this location. Not the first time to disappoint. I won't go back, there are just too many other restaurants with better customer service.
Placed a online order tonight only to get home with two items missing and two items made wrong. called the store and spoke to manager who was rude. Was willing me remke the qrong food and give us the missing food. Let him know I wanted my entire meal remade since by the time we would get the second order my family would not be able to eat hit food all together. Was told no and he then hung up on me. I took all the food back to store. I did get my food remade after fighting...read full review
