I went to this location tonight and let them know that last time I had ask for a burger with no lettuce no tomato and no pickle, I got on my burger just lettuce tomato and pickle, so it was obviously wrong. And I said can you please repeat my order just to make sure this won't happen again, when she repeat the order it sounded correct. I get home and no onions, that was just not okay because I made sure to ask

Well I called the store to let them know that it was missing the onions and she in Spanish said to her cooworker is that black girl saying you didn't put onions on her burger, I said excuse me I am Hispanic like you I am NOT black! What upset me was that she called by a race I am not, even if I was you dont refer to people by their race and I was able to understand cause I also speak Spanish. So I said that is disrespectful to just assume something and it is being racist! She then called me pendeja and said if you want free food I am not giving it to you! And don't come back because I am not taking your order or serving you and hung up!

My income is pretty good and I don't need free food! I just want my food to be correct since I am paying for it!

Anyways I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! I wasn't able to do zero stars but that is what they deserve.

Had a short wait but the guy was super communicative about everything and was very nice. He described what was on the menu for my husband when he wanted to get to know what was on a #7. They are definitely short staffed and the guy working the drive thru handled it like a champ. Food was good and I plan on coming back! I also would love to try the breakfast menu!

Went through the drive thru and waited. The lady on the other end apologized and stated that the car in front just ordered a BUNCH of food and it was going to be wait time. Which was fine.we placed out order and pulled up to the window and we could hear the manger say loudly “ I don’t get why people can’t make food at home for their families” she opens the window and said the food would “be out in a minute” closes the door and the workers are talking loudly about how they aren’t taking anymore orders after us and how people just need to stay home.
Got our food and the buns to the sandwiches were burnt ?

Its fast food you should expect it to be busy and people ordering food.

If I could give zero stars I would! We went through the drive thru, ordered our food and waited, only 4 cars were ahead of us after about 15 minutes 2 cars left the line, we waited another 15 minutes and decided to leave. I understand being busy but you were not busy at all! I understand now why people have told us to stay away from twin creek burger king!

This had to be the best experience I have had at this location. Even with the current power outtage and the chaos surrounding any restaurant that happens to be open. Nikki made sure our food was FRESH, hot, and made with love. I swear the whopper Jr. Looked like it should be on an ad, the fries were hot, crispy, perfectly seasoned and super fresh. Through the chaos she managed to stay kind and keep a smile and was super polite, making sure we had a good experience on our visit. The staff tonight was great as well. Nikki thank you for making a stressful night so pleasant, if she isn't the manager she definitely should be! 💓

I go thru almost every morning, there’s always a lady working who is just amazing, she’s always upbeat and talkative and honestly she makes my mornings. It’s weird to go thru a drive thru and have such good service, but also the food is usually pretty good. Ever since i started to go to this location it’s been correct very time and yummy ?

So we came through with a couple of coupons to use not knowing the limit is two for the drive thru and only three total if you go inside, So the woman in the drive thru was very rude. She asked how many in total and I said “four” to which she sharply responded “yeah no” so anyways we said we just had two after eliminating some coupons, and we gave her the code for the first one to which she says “the family bundle, which is why I wanted you to come in” then she sighed loudly. It was very rude. I’m typically someone who is always on service workers side compared to Karen’s. But this was unacceptable. To make things worse, they shorted us three burgers that we paid for.

Took 30 minutes to get 2 items, I had literally beg for my order to come out, after I finally got it the food was freezing, and the manager refused to refund me and kept offering me cookies instead what a joke

I personally would not have left even one star but you have to leave a review. And considering my reviews have over 10 million views of my reviews on Google people must be reading them. Burger King in twin Creek savior time save your money go elsewhere. I’ve been waiting in the drive through now for over 30 minutes!! It’s 3 pm and I pulled into the drive thru lane at 2:30. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
