I was asked to pull around the front after I only ordered a Bacon King, which is fine, but no one even came out. We had to wait for 45 minutes, 30 of those behind two cars. I would have left if I didn't pay. Then, the manager acted as if I was in the wrong for asking for a refund. Before he -- the manager -- gave me my money back, he set the money down on the counter and then took a little stroll around the back, it was obviously on purpose. No apology or anything.

Wasted over 20 minutes of my life for a junior whopper without ketchup to drive away & received ketchup on my sandwich. Were only 2 cars ahead of me. Total waste of time.

The manager was yelling at this poor kid working, it was so loud. She was rude as heck! I will never go to this location again!

I ordered a whopper without tomato as I am deathly allergic to it. This whopper doesn't only have tomato, it is also cold and falling apart as if they pulled it out of the trash. The staff is incredibly rude.

I used to work here. The new gm is named Maria and is clearly not doing her job as she claimed she'd be good at. Probably why her other stores failed from various restaurants. Regardless, we use to pass with an 86% or higher on the inspection. Now they are barely passing (word gets around). They don't clean their machines as well as you guys think they do anymore. They are so rude, and are the laziest people I've ever met. I quit because, everytime I tried to get this store to where it was suppose to be, I'd get a resistance, from EVERYONE! Including the Ms. Maria. We would have a rush and then employees would leave to go in the manager office to smoke, vape, or otherwise. They don't care, and neither does the owner. I've only seen him ONCE since I've ever worked there. Just came to pick up the spinning thing with quarters, and left. Sickening they leave incompetent, lowlife, unsavory, individuals in charge. They make a man in his 70s put truck away and fill an icemachine. Young and capable individuals will brush it off on a 70 year old man. Got resistance when i tried to change that too. Disgusting. Guess that's what you get when you have trash for a leader.

This place is a joke ! The service is so bad, you can be the only one ordering and still have to wait 15 minutes for your food that is cold and the wrong item. Which happens alot. I get being short staffed, everywhere you go now is that way. They need to just shut down this location. The place is falling apart from the parking lot to the staff. Tonight the manager had their child that looked about 12 years old working the drive thru . Talk about falling apart and work violations (And state ). The owner needs to step in quick.

This location: Fries are rarely fresh and if I get mozzarella sticks they need to be reheated in the air fryer. Day service is easy to deal with and polite. At night, they may mumble something to you but mostly just stick their hand out the window take your card and do the same back no communication. When you say thank you, they say nothing. This has happened every time I go there in the evening and it’s not even busy. Ordered a whopper meal and he put it in the system and said pull around. I said, I would like no onions and Diet Coke. (Must auto put Coke) and he was put out that I asked for that. Workers are on their phones and one guy took the garbage and dumped it into another container, then handled my food. I think that will be the last for me.

How disappointing. As frequent Burger King customers, we enjoyed the special offered when it was 2 for $10 (2 sandwiches, 2 fries, & 2 drinks). When the pandemic hit, the price went up to 2 for $12. Still worth it and since we love BK, we were still frequent flyers. We would actually order 2 of these specials. I would have one for myself and My hubby and son would split the other 3. It gave me a free night off from cooking! Went tonight and evidently, that is no longer on the menu. When my hubby heard that at the drive through, he just said “thank you, but I’m good and drove off.” He then proceeded to drive to KFC that still has Family Specials. Is BK going to go broke over my $25.00 NOT spent? Nope, but if enough people drive off without ordering, maybe they will change their ways. Bring back the special!!!

We ordered delivery through Doordash and they forgot the chicken sandwich in the chicken sandwich meal. Doordash refunded but I’m still hungry, and my iced tea tasted like dirt and had brown flakes in it. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.

Terrible service, music is turned on high for employee behind counter. Cant even hear family to sit and talk about important situation. Food took forever before we received it. Employee stated she was a manager but slipped on her words and mentioned that her manager won't allow music to be turned down. Should text messages that could have come from the coworker she was touching before we came inside. When you dont want to do your job or put employee first it definitely shows.

This Burger King has the absolute laziest employees ever. We tried going through the drive thru two hours before they closed and we were rudely informed that they are “open,” but only accepting orders through grub hub (I assume this is contractual). I confirmed that if I placed an order on grub hub, they would make the food, but they would not accept my order through the drive thru and they confirmed that was the case. The worker stated, “We are overworked and not accepting in person orders.” Mind you, there wasn’t a single person in the drive thru line, or inside. There wasn’t a single person even in the parking lot.The icing on the cake was that the worker said all this while sitting out in the dining room doing absolutely nothing. Go to the Cornhusker location. They have the same number of employees, but way better work ethic. This one’s laziness is unbelievable.
