Genuinely ask for chick fil a sauces and these kids think it’s a joke to give me none every time I come through where to the point I check the bag and there’s none in it . Need to rehire this staff because clearly there is management issues happening to be treating customers like this will not be coming back

We brought our daughter and her friends here today to celebrate her 5th birthday and they were amazing. Paul especially was so kind. They gave her some swag and a cookies and even let her get some ice cream with a worker! They were so lovely and made her day that much more special. Thank you!!

I have literally order chik fi la so much during my pregnancy it’s crazy. September and October damn near every morning and day and like every 2 days in November. Today I decided to just redeem points for a small fry. And I got a medium Coke. As usually I was asked if I could like any sauce I said yes. 2 poly, 2 chik and the girl cuts me off and says I can only give you 3 sauces. I said since when. She said you got a small fry. I told her I have never had any issues. She said fine what sauce. I again said 2 poly, 2 chik, and 2 honey roasted. I pulled up to the window. I show my rewards, pay for the food. Get my stuff and receipt. Something told me to look in the bag. There is one of each. And in the receipt she rang it up lie I asked. So not only did you harass me about sauce in the drive thru. You played a game and act like you were going to give me the sauce. To turn around and not do it purposely.

So now I gotta get out the car. No choice to bring my heavy stomach as I didn’t bring my pregnancy belt as I didn’t plan on getting out the car. I had walked in. All workers standing there, they already knew what the issue was. And I said was so you basically gas light me to hurry up and get mw thru the drive thru, take my money and purposely give me one of each sauce. This lady comes around the corner and said I’m not giving you that many sauces, you don’t need that many sauces for a small fry.

I said in my head who are you to tell me how I need to eat my fries. But instead I said if I needed to pay for it. Then I will but to tell me that I’m not going any more sauce because in your opinion I don’t need that many for a small fry is crazy.

So I then asked for a refund. A guy in a grey shirt had said that’s probably best. So I left and called customer
Support. My thing with that is she said she is going to send the complaint to the store manager. And there is so many managers there she wouldn’t know who gets it. So it could be one of the 2 that was there which would be a conflict of interest because they don’t give a shit.

So I came to another location. Got my order with no issues. Even spoke to a manager there on how they would have handled it and they were nice to talk to and crazy thing about as a few employees knew what location I was talking about. So it goes to show you word of mouth travels.

But below is my pictures to why I do need that much sauce for my fries, when this is how I eat my fries. I drown it in the sauce. Just because YOU don’t eat your fries that way don’t mean I gotta eat like you.

Went to the drive-through ordered a salad was not given salad dressing and when called the store made no attempt to make the order right or compensate for the fact that I’m from out of town staying in a hotel get all the way back to my hotel and now I have no dinner. Zero customer service zero care about business would never go back

Had a long night at work stopped to get dinner for kids and myself, received wrong order which NEVER happens but I called and spoke to a female manager who said they would fix it next time but I didn’t want to eat something I didn’t pay for so I went back and I told them I called and I wanted to get the right order and also add a brownie the guys at the window were friendly then a woman came and looked at me then the receipt and asked what was wrong they told her and she said ring up the sandwich the fries but charge her for the brownie. Not that I wasn’t planning on paying for it BUT the way she said it, no apology no nothing. Forget I drive from Omaha to this location for their mistake ? I’ve been coming here for many years But I won’t return now I’d rather drive to 72nd better service 8:29pm 3/3

I'm very thankful for the copious amount of BBQ sauce that helped cover the extremely salty/dry nuggets. The mac n cheese was ok, but the lack of utensils to eat it (drive thru) had me waiting until later to have it.
