Spent $23.60 on an online order only to be served a completely wrong burrito bowl. I mean it wasn’t even close. Also had to wait 15 mins past my pickup time while other customers were served. I thought an online order would save me time, but I was mistaken. Didn’t even get the food I paid for. Very shameful service.

Service was terrible. Pickup of my order from my online order. Received notification that my order was ready but no bag on the online order stand. I get in line and am told to go stand by the cash counter where I was ignored for 10 mins. While all customers were served. Finally, I asked again for the name of my order where I waited again for another 5 mins. Before my order was finally brought out. If you think ordering online from this place is going to save you any time. You will be sorely mistaken. Do better, Chipotle.

I’m not the one to put reviews but every time I go in I’m always seeing one person on the line helping all the customers once im by the cash register I can see two or three people standing by doing nothing but talking and laughing while the persons on the line is doing order after order alone. The management sucks and it’s really sad, do better.

The food was wasn't bad, but my server was not. From my perspective, it seems like my group (5 women) was forgotten. Then, when I ordered, I pointed to the vegetarian option under the burgers, but was served the salad (after an extremely long wait). The waiter did take the salad back to replace it with a burger.....another wait while most of my group was halfway done with their food. My mom's order was also delayed. The manager did come out and offer us free desserts, which was nice. However, we didn't realize until after we paid and got home that we were charged for both the vegetarian salad and the burger. We also got charged extra for my mom's soup which was supposed to be part of her pick three. Yes, we tried looking over the receipt on the table side tablet, but we didn't catch everything. Lesson learned, next time ask for a paper receipt to verify our meal before paying......although, I am not sure if there will be a next time

Found hardened black things in my food. The stuff you scrape off the grills that feel like metal. And even after I told them, they left the same food out to serve to people.

I literally hate going to the location we drive over 20minutes away for a different one. Sometimes I would rather go DMV, no one is that friendly I wanted onde while a group of workers ate at a table and argued who would serve me and the person behind me. They finally came up when a third customer came in. Their portions are not at all justified when I ask for more rice everyone HAS an attitude. I really try avoiding this location and I try to talk out everyone into going here. Sad going is, It HAS potiental i'm notsure what the issue with portioning is or attitude id pick a different place or location if you are considering.
Do not recommend this location at all, none of the workers know how to listen, when I ask for white rice with extra rice they still give me barely 1 scoop and think that’s what rice with extra rice means. They barely give any protein and somehow even when I say light lettuce they give me more lettuce than the extra rice. Their portions are just plain terrible, I drive to the location on 72nd and Cornhusker now just because they are far better. I eat chipotle far more than I should and the amount of times this location has just been absolute waste is insane and they should honestly close to make room for something actually useful since all of their workers suck.

Came in today and was highly disappointed. The rice was hard, the steak was like beef jerky, no flavor and the chips were cooked in old oil. Not sure if I’ll be coming back to this location
