I found a rock in my food. Called and was told the manager only speaks Spanish. Never going back.

Portions are just horribly small. Make sure you order in person, portions are so much smaller when picking up. Beef was crunchy and gross. Employees sitting on their phones while the dining area is a mess.

This chipotle is an extreme disappointment.

Stood in line for 10 minutes only to have them say “we’re out of rice” why not say that when we walk in? So they had been out and decided to tell people as they walk up? Like that made no sense. Had almost every one mad. Shouldn’t expect anything good the last experience was trash too. I thought I’d give it a second chance but never again . But I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to give them business..

The food has really gone down hill... probably due to how little the staff care about their jobs.

My daughter and I went in for lunch. She was only 8 she didn’t know what she wanted. The staff member's ( tall guy with black glasses) name started with A. making the food. Ask what did we want I said hold on she’s still deciding. He started the name off the kid's menu like I can’t read. I told him she wanted a build-your-own with only steak that’s it. He quesadilla. I said no she just wants to build your own. I told him I wanted a bowl. He rudely asked me everything I wanted. I got to check out the cashier kid was nice I could tell he was new.
I told him I wanted to add a drink to my meal I paid and went to get my drink I can’t have soda for health reasons I wanted lemonade. Well, the lemonade tasted like water so I went back and told the new kids the lemonade tasted like water. The new kid said something to to tall guy with glasses in Spanish. The tall guy short his shoulders. The new kid said sorry nothing we can do about it. I said ok well give me a refund for my drink. The new kids weren’t sure how to the tall guy with glasses came over ask why I said I didn’t want soda I wanted lemonade so would I pay for something I didn’t want I said if you gonna be rude about it just refund my whole meal the tall guy snatched to food and drink out of my hand and then threw it in the trash. This is not the first time this tall guy has been rude to my family and me. A white lady walked in after us he was nice, and greeted the white lady. Every time I’m there he serves us his extra rude to me I never did anything to him don’t know he needs to work on his customer service skills and treat every race the same. I will not stop complaining until I get an apology

Undercooked rice. Half a scoop of pork. Dining area had three people in there, but the area looks dirty. Pretty disappointing. Time to re-train some folks. Good luck

DO NOT PURCHASE CATERING FROM THIS LOCATION!!! We purchased a catering order to be delivered through Chipotle’s website. I received a confirmation number and then last minute received a notification from DoorDash that the order was canceled. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone at this location! Only to find out the food we paid for was indeed ready and had been sitting there for hours, that the order wasn’t cancelled the delivery was. If you’re going offer a service you better have a back up for the service when your 3rd party fails!!

Yeah sad but I'm done with chipotle till you guys remember yours making burritos and not steak dinner. Not paying 20$ for this shrinking log of mediocre Mexican food. Also take care of the people who walk in before you do 5 to go orders while they stand there. If the price was right I would just go to a diffrent location but the food is just not worth that kind of money. $2 for queso is robbery. Thanks for the final push to meal prep, all your recipes are online anyway. ✌️

I decided to give it another try and was disappointed. Portion size was small but not worth making a fuss over. The issue came at check out when my total was close to double of what was expected via the price on the overhead menu. When I asked why I was met with a smug smile ad was told it was because I got cheese and guac, both of which were not even a half scoop. When I asked where it said those were extra the cashier pointed to the transparent sign measuring 3x4 inches on a case, barely noticeable. I said ok and paid and was responded to with a slight laugh and a sarcastic “have a good day”… I left feeling not only overcharge and under served but also “gotten”. Not a good feeling for a customer who didn’t fuss and only wanted to give you all another shot.

*Update* I did, thanks for the AI response to this post and in the email...

So here's the deal, I want to eat Chipotle......But...3 times in a row now, I go in and order a salad with the usual stuff. Upon checking out, I ask for dressing for my salad. Only to be told "we're out of dressing". I just walk away leaving my food behind.

What restaurant can have a menu that is comprised of 25% salads and yet still NEVER have salad dressing in stock?!? I'm done. This was my last trip in. Goodbye old friend Chipotle 😔.

Chipotle is still pretty good food. I can't say for sure that their food is just as healthy as when they first came into business? Considering the steak is precooked and sent to the stores now. So who knows what is being put into or on that meat? Same goes for the veggies? Just seems that the overreaching government has forced them further from being whole food burrito into more and more processed.

But even more frustrating is the cost increase of their food. I find it interesting how it becomes more processed and expensive at the same time. Burrito that cost $9.00 just two years ago now costs $12.00! So if you add chips and a drink your looking at almost $20 for one person to eat at Chipotle now.

Needless to say I don't frequent this restaurant nearly as much as I used too. I used to eat there at least once to twice a week. Sometimes even more at times. Now I'm lucky if I go 3 times a month! I try to cook and eat at home now as much as possible.

This is what happens when you have to pay employees $15.00 plus per hour to work in a "fast food" restaurant. They push to get ridiculous pay for a job that previously wasn't considered a career job. Unless you were the manager maybe? This type of work used to be highschool or college kids type of job. A stepping stone for 90% of the people that worked there. But now thanks to this new woke agenda. Everyone thinks they should get paid $20 plus regardless of the job skill level involved.

And so in closing I would like to say to all you youngsters that helped push this nonsense. Don't complain about the prices of all the fast food you love to consume!?! You wanted the big wages even though you were warned everything would just cost that much more. But yet you still pushed for the increase at ever job level.

This was the worst meal I've ever eaten from here. It was tasteless and all the meat was so burnt it was crunchy. The quality at this location has dropped significantly.
