The very definition of corporate greed. Icing is staff who don’t care about service. Last year I snagged Christmas cookies for the neighbor kids and got them in individual boxes with no issue. I called yesterday to make sure it was cool to do this again this year, she was told to note it in the app when ordering. Today upon pickup they wanted $0.50 per box. I kindly let the team know they should set accurate expectations when people call in with questions, and not everyone would be calm and kind as I was about it. The blonde baker rolled her eyes so obviously I could see it when her colleague told her about my feedback. Just earned pink status for 2026, but won’t be back beyond burning rewards points.
